These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Core Lawncare website and services. By requesting an estimate, using our website, or receiving services from Core Lawncare (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Core Lawncare provides lawn and landscape services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and related care, in the Bryan–College Station, Texas area. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we evaluate your property. Pricing, scheduling, and service availability may change.

Estimates & Pricing

• Online and emailed estimates are preliminary and confirmed on our first visit.
• Prices may be adjusted for property size, condition, accessibility, or scope changes.
• Recurring service continues until you cancel; you may cancel by contacting us.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may pause service.

Saved Payment Methods & Automatic Payments

You may choose to save a payment method (a “card on file”) in your customer portal so your completed services are paid automatically.

• Your authorization: By saving a payment method, you authorize Core Lawncare to charge it for services we have completed and any amounts that become due under these Terms.
• When we charge: After your service is complete — typically a few days after your most recent completed visit, once no further visits are scheduled. We email you a receipt for every charge.
• Card security: Your card details are entered on and stored by our payment processor (Stripe), which is PCI-DSS compliant. Core Lawncare never receives or stores your full card number.
• Cancel anytime: Remove your saved payment method at any time in your customer portal, or contact us and we'll remove it. Removing it does not cancel amounts already owed.
• If a charge fails: (for example an expired or declined card) we'll simply send you an invoice to pay by another method.
• Questions or disputes: Contact us at (979) 676-6889 or info@corelawns.com and we'll make it right.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our estimate request form, or by giving us verbal or written permission), you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Core Lawncare related to your estimate, scheduling, and service.

• Program: Core Lawncare service notifications — estimate updates, appointment reminders, “on the way” alerts, and service-complete messages.
• Message frequency: varies based on your service activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (979) 676-6889 / info@corelawns.com.
• Carriers: Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property (gates, pets secured, obstacles cleared).
• Provide accurate contact and property information.
• You confirm the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are authorized to receive texts at it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Lawncare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services means you accept the current Terms.
