Core Lawncare (“Core Lawncare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides lawn and landscape services in the Bryan–College Station, Texas area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Contact details you provide — name, phone number, email address, and service address — when you request an estimate, sign up for service, or contact us.
Service details — the services you request, property notes, scheduling preferences, and quote/job history.
Website usage — basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location) collected to improve our site. We do not use this to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, and bill you.
To contact you about your estimate, appointments, service updates, and your account — by phone call, email, or text message (SMS), based on the contact methods and consent you provide.
To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
To improve our services and website.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our estimate request form), we may send you service-related text messages such as estimate updates, appointment confirmations, “on the way” notifications, and service-complete messages.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call or email us to be removed.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Your mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use of text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Payment Information

If you save a payment method for automatic payments, your card details are entered on and stored by our payment processor, Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). Core Lawncare never receives or stores your full card number — we keep only a secure token plus the card brand and last four digits so you can recognize it (for example, “Visa ••••4242”). You can remove a saved payment method at any time in your customer portal.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business — for example, with service providers who help us operate (such as scheduling, email/SMS delivery, and payment processing) and only to the extent necessary to perform their work for us, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your Choices

Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by contacting us below.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
